I OVERVIEW
Ice glazing machine is mainly used to glaze fish fillet, fish, prawn or other sea food. Improve the seafood’s texture, protein, water holding capacity and other indicators. Reduce the loss of aquatic products. Improve the quality of aquatic products. Not only can extend the preservation of ice-coated products, prevent products deterioration, air-dried, but also can increase the gloss of the product surface.

Ice glazing machine is made of food grade stainless steel. It can fully meet food hygiene standard. The belt speed can be adjusted by variable speed controller installed on control panel. We use immersing glazing together with spraying glazing to guarantee the glazing effect. Ice glazing machine is working together with tunnel IQF freezer or spiral IQF freezer.

II OPERATION PROCESS
Ice glazing machine is working together with tunnel IQF freezer or spiral IQF freezer. Frozen products come out of the outlet port of the freezing machine, directly into the feeding port of the ice glazing machine. Passing through the press board, the belt carries the frozen products quickly into immersion tank, entering the lifting section to spraying glazing, then into flat section to drain the water on the products.
