Main Processing Machines
1. Stainless Steel Conveyor Belt:
We adopt food grade stainless steel as the material of conveyor belt. The surface of belt is flat and neat.
2. Insulation Panels:
PUF sandwich panels, 150mm thick, 0.8mm stainless steel sheets both sides
3. Access Door:
The doors we chosen are specially used in low temperature environment and equipped with frame heating system for each.
4. Driving System:
Motor + Variable speed controller
5. Evaporator and Fan:
Both the tubes and fins of evaporator are made of aluminum alloy. The large fins and different fin pitches can assure the perfect effect of heat exchange.
6. Water Discharging Design:
Whole welded stainless steel water discharging plate will be installed on top of floor panels. It will bring defrosting water out of cabinet through many stainless steel draining pipes
7. Inlet & Outlet device:
Both the Inlet & Outlet device are made of food grade stainless steel.
8. Electric Controlling System:
We adopt Schneider, Fuji or Siemens electric components
